At ResourcePro, I review enterprise system data and use SQL and Excel data-cleansing techniques to resolve discrepancies and support accurate audience segmentation.

I also validate data feeds and maintain user attributes and event properties before automated messaging deployment. My work includes investigating enrollment discrepancies and coordinating operational workflows across teams.

In my Braze Certified Practitioner Sandbox project, I built push and email campaigns and basic Canvas flows, then applied Liquid personalization and tested campaign content before deployment. I hold a Braze Practitioner Certification and received the Spark Award from Resource Pro.
