I’m a Criminal Justice professional with hands-on experience in investigations, court operations, compliance, and records verification. I focus on analyzing records, identifying discrepancies, and preparing accurate, audit-ready reports for legal and compliance teams.

As a National Researcher, I investigate criminal histories of job applicants to identify fraud, risk, and compliance issues. I analyze court records, arrest histories, convictions, and disposition outcomes, detect inconsistencies between applicant-reported data and official records, and ensure reporting aligns with federal and state standards.

My court operations background strengthened my ability to verify information for accuracy and completeness, identify missing or incorrect documentation, and support regulated case workflows. Alongside that, I’ve provided public safety support for campus and public events—documenting incidents, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency response, and applying investigative problem-solving techniques—backed by HIPAA Compliance Training.
