At HiSkin Sp.z.o.o., I lead international purchasing and sourcing with Chinese manufacturers. I qualify suppliers, negotiate production terms, and develop products from concept through production.

I achieved 10–15% cost reductions through sourcing and purchasing optimization, and launch new products in approximately four months. I also manage seasonal products, including Christmas gift sets, and follow production progress, quality, and delivery deadlines in China.
