I’m a procurement leader with 16 years of experience delivering technology procurement operations, supplier governance, and procurement technology enablement across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. I’ve worked in complex, multi-region environments, helping organisations bring structure, visibility, and control to software and infrastructure spend.

My focus is on improving how procurement operates—streamlining processes, strengthening governance, and leveraging systems and data to support better decision-making. This includes enabling disciplined tracking of $xxM in annual business savings through improved reporting, process alignment, and operational consistency.

I also bring experience supporting supply chain operations and logistics coordination, working with vendors and cross-functional teams to improve delivery outcomes and end-to-end visibility.
