I’m a resourceful and empathetic online freelancer since 2019, focused on client engagement, rapport building, and delivering personalized conversations that match each client’s personality and preferences. I’m comfortable managing high volumes of messages while staying organized and responsive.

I bring hands-on experience as an ESL TUTOR (Rarejob Inc.), teaching English to Japanese learners from children to seniors through videos, e-books, and music. I provide feedback and progress reports, and I also support pronunciation and communication goals through casual conversation on topics the learner chooses.

In chat and creator support roles, I’ve worked in fast-paced, persona-based systems where conversations are randomized and short-term, responding quickly despite limited context.
