I'm currently driving procurement for Padget Electronics' Google CFN4 project, sourcing SMT, engineering, quality, EUT, and utility materials.
I manage daily PR and PO generation, Service PO and Service Entry processes, Import POs, and Inbound Delivery workflows to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations for OEM clients including Google, Motorola, Xiaomi, Acer, and Lenovo.
Previously, I developed daily production plans across SMT, CG, MF, FATP, and Packout stages for Google Pixel 9A and Google Pixel 10a builds. I used SAP for MRP, work orders, BOM analysis, stock reconciliation, and shortage tracking.
I combine SAP MM and PP, MES-based shop-floor tracking, and advanced Excel analysis with lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices to improve material availability and production execution.
