At EXL Services (Amazon), I led and coached junior analysts to ensure quality delivery and consistent execution across analytics workstreams. I spearheaded Amazon’s Cart Building Consolidation programs, owned WBR/MBR delivery with dashboards and decisive insights, and guided A/B (Web lab) experimentation—delivering measurable SCOGS savings and higher customer engagement.

I also automated key reporting processes to reduce repetitive work and enable 35% faster decision-making cycles. I introduced new, data-driven strategics for products, led promotional program strategy and execution (Buy More Save More, Buy X Get Y), and contributed to a 25% uplift in multi-unit share.

Beyond traditional reporting, I enabled Gen-AI–driven insights by integrating Amazon Bedrock Agents for interactive daily and weekly stakeholder reviews. Earlier, at HTC Global Services and Infosys, I supported Agile delivery, improved data quality through exception analysis, executed end-to-end data operations (preprocessing, mapping, modeling), and built KPI dashboards for early risk detection.
