I am a dedicated Clinical Counsellor with over 6.5 years of experience in mental health, specializing in therapeutic interventions and case management. My journey has been driven by a passion for improving the lives of individuals facing psychological challenges. Currently, I provide single-session counselling at TELUS Health, where I assist 10-15 clients daily, addressing issues such as grief, anxiety, and addiction. My commitment to clinical excellence has been recognized with awards for exceptional patient care in both 2023 and 2024.

Previously, I served as a Patient Care Manager and Senior ICU Counsellor in India, where I managed care for in-patients and provided therapeutic support during the COVID-19 crisis. My experience also includes counseling patients with PTSD and conducting group therapy sessions focused on disease prevention. I have a strong foundation in data analysis and research, utilizing tools like SPSS and AMOS to enhance patient outcomes. I am eager to leverage my skills in a role that allows me to make a meaningful impact in the mental health or social work field.
