At CONCENTRIX TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PVT. LTD., I monitor and investigate security incidents using Microsoft Sentinel, and support remediation across enterprise security operations. I create and optimize Analytics Rules and use KQL for proactive threat hunting.
I also manage Azure security posture with Microsoft Defender for Cloud, addressing security recommendations, vulnerabilities, and workload protection. With Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps and Microsoft Defender for Identity, I investigate risky application activity, Shadow IT, suspicious authentication, and identity attack paths.
Earlier, at MPHASIS PVT. LTD., PUNE, I provided service desk support for VPN, Microsoft 365/O365, authentication, access, and application issues. At CONCENTRIX PVT. LTD., VIMAN NAGAR, PUNE, I supported system administration and technical troubleshooting for the Flipkart process.
