At Concentrix, I monitor and triage 35–60 security alerts per shift across SIEM, EDR/XDR, identity, email, and network security sources.

I investigate suspicious activity across endpoint telemetry, authentication events, processes, IPs, domains, URLs, hashes, and email artifacts. I also perform phishing analysis and IOC enrichment to identify malicious intent and potential compromise.

I maintain 95%+ SLA adherence by prioritizing investigations, documenting evidence, and escalating confirmed incidents to L2/L3, Incident Response, IAM, Endpoint, Network, and Infrastructure teams.

Previously at Wipro, I handled 30–50 alerts per shift, validated true and false positives, investigated authentication anomalies and phishing cases, and supported incident response through clear ticketing, shift handovers, and cross-team collaboration.
