What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my MIS reporting, data analysis, dashboard development, and machine learning skills to support data-driven business decisions and continue growing in analytics.

At Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles, I manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for a 12+ member service team, helping support timely operational decisions.

I analyze 20,000+ rows of operational data using Excel, Power BI, CRM, and DMS, while monitoring customer complaints, TAT, and pending cases. I also coordinate follow-ups, meetings, schedules, training activities, and accurate service records.

Previously at Requin Solutions, I built Power BI and Tableau dashboards and applied Python, Orange, and KNIME to prediction and classification work. My projects include a Python and Scikit-learn customer churn model that achieved 87% accuracy and dashboards exploring churn and housing-market trends.
