I've delivered SAP security, GRC, and BTP Cloud Identity Services support and implementation work for Infosys clients including GlobalFoundries and Britvic. As an offshore team lead, I coordinate project and support delivery while implementing IAS, IPS, IAG, authorization, trust management, and centralized identity models.
I've configured and maintained SAP GRC Access Control, including ARA, ARM, EAM, risk analysis, Segregation of Duties, firefighter access, role management, and audit reporting. I also secure S/4HANA Fiori Launchpad access through OData services, catalogs, groups, spaces, technical roles, and business roles.
Across TEKsystems, Xpans IT Services, Tech Mahindra, and IBM India, I've supported SAP user administration, authorization troubleshooting, transports, system monitoring, database administration, and operational security activities.
