What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing finance or mortgage role where I can manage relationships, coordinate with lenders, resolve servicing needs, and contribute to client retention.

I'm an Account Manager at FRONT Financial, serving as the main contact for clients and brokers from settlement throughout the life of their loans.

I negotiate interest rates with lenders, lead valuation reviews, report on pricing activity, and manage loan servicing requests including top-ups, discharges, IO conversions, purpose changes, splits, and consolidations.

Previously, I coordinated international travel clients at Bookmundi Aps, supported customers at Mate Australia, and deliver tailored English lessons. My BBA in Finance supports my work in client relationships, stakeholder communication, and account management.
