I’m a senior IT leader and General Manager (IT) with 15+ years of experience delivering large-scale e-Governance platforms, Single Window Systems, and mission-critical digital infrastructure for the Government of Gujarat. I focus on investor ecosystem enablement through end-to-end digital governance and cross-department execution aligned to GoG/GoI reforms.

At Industrial Extension Bureau (iNDEXTb), I’ve led the Investor Facilitation Portal (IFP) development and operations, driving an end-to-end approval lifecycle and multi-department integration. I also spearheaded Single Window System integration across 100+ applications/services, and delivered IT/ICT execution for Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024, including web platforms, MoU portal, and webcasting with RFID-based access control.

I manage implementing agencies, third-party auditors, and infrastructure vendors to ensure SLA compliance, platform uptime, performance optimization, and strong user experience across government portals. I lead IT procurement through GeM, solution evaluation, and budget planning, while coordinating and managing 50+ IT professionals across multi-department programs.
