What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote Product Designer role where I can work on complex products like AI tools, B2B SaaS and internal platforms. I like owning the UX end to end, from research and user flows to UI and developer handoff. I do my best work with a small, collaborative team that cares about the details and likes sorting out the messy edge cases early.

At Novel Office, I design internal tools and customer-facing websites from research and information architecture through UI and developer handoff. I enjoy the messy start of a project: working through roles, permissions and edge cases before screens exist.

For LUMI, Novel Office’s AI knowledge management platform, I designed about 60 screens across employee, Team Lead and admin dashboards, AI chat, and knowledge creation and approval flows. I ran “how could this go wrong” sessions that shaped role-based access, department-level permissions and an approval chain, and designed an unanswered-questions queue so the platform sends gaps to admins instead of guessing.

I also redesigned the Novel Office website, using survey and competitor research to shape its information architecture, content and calls to action. I designed a meeting room booking flow across seven office locations, and my self-initiated case studies explore AI engagement and mobile session tracking.
