What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design scalable enterprise products where I can simplify complex workflows, partner closely with product and engineering, and shape AI-powered experiences from discovery through delivery.

At Tata Communications, I own end-to-end design for a greenfield Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platform, from trial onboarding and policy configuration to monitoring dashboards and AI-assisted experiences.

I redesigned policy creation into a five-click rule-creation flow and helped achieve a SUS score of 78 across the platform. I also reduced EDP onboarding to three steps, lowering onboarding drop-off by up to 33%.

I designed an AI-powered CXO dashboard that helps executives understand business metrics 70% faster in under five minutes, along with a cross-service chatbot that reduced ticket generation by 10%.

Previously, I redesigned healthcare workflows at CitiusTech, including medication ordering and text-to-speech clinical documentation, and led UX across five-plus products at Scketch / Altumind. I enjoy translating complex business requirements into scalable, validated enterprise experiences.
