As a Process Associate, I supported the Morgan Stanley account in Corporate Actions - International Process, handling daily Business-As-Usual operations.
I processed International Redemption and Reorganization transactions, along with Domestic Redemption transactions. I maintained 100% accuracy across this processing.
I used DTCC and SWIFT to validate, track, and complete corporate action events, and updated Excel records for daily monitoring and reporting. I also handled daily huddle calls to align on priorities, pending items, and process updates.
