• Enterprise SaaS & Performance Optimization (Simpplr): Developed and scaled enterprise intranet features including Bulk Updates, Site Duplication, and role-based access controls (Protected Authors and Allowlists). Implemented robust server-state caching and background synchronization via React Query, architected custom hooks to eliminate Redux/API boilerplate, and refactored legacy UI components—directly reducing layout-related support tickets by 17%.
