I'm improving supplier quality and raw-material performance at Continental, working directly with suppliers and laboratory teams to resolve quality issues and implement effective measurement methods.
Previously at Lear Corporation, I led and optimized cutting processes, increasing production efficiency and reducing waste through machine dedication and process improvements. I also supported preassembly production by testing product changes, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions.
I'm pursuing PhD studies in materials engineering at the Faculty of Technology, University of Novi Sad, with hands-on experience using laboratory measuring equipment including SEM/EDS, FTIR, XRDF, DTA/TG, tensile strength testing, and hardness testers.
