My journey began with a Bachelor's in Information Technology, followed by a Master's in Computer Science and Engineering. I have successfully led training initiatives at WhitehatJr, where I developed over 30 e-learning materials and conducted comprehensive training programs that significantly improved employee performance and engagement.
