I'm pursuing a PGDM in Operations & Analytics at ISBR Business School, building on a Civil Engineering background and hands-on operational coordination experience.
During my Operations Internship at Flipkart's EKART Warehouse, I supported daily warehouse operations, fulfillment cycles, inventory tracking, and inbound and outbound logistics coordination. I monitored order-processing workflows to help identify and reduce fulfillment bottlenecks.
At Karuna Builders, I supervised residential and commercial site operations, coordinating contractors, vendors, and site workers around workflow, material planning, and quantity estimations.
I've developed workflow automation and predictive-modeling projects in KNIME and mapped end-to-end processes in Miro. I use MS Excel, Google Sheets, MIS reporting, and data analysis to support process improvement and data-driven operational decisions.
