Aniket Ambekar

I’m an entry-level Security Analyst with hands-on experience in SIEM monitoring, security monitoring, alert triage, and enterprise network security operations. I bring a strong foundation in incident analysis, endpoint log monitoring, threat detection, and structured incident management workflows.

In my current Network Engineer role supporting a DRDO subcontractor environment, I support secure enterprise network operations—covering security monitoring, configuration validation, and troubleshooting across network devices, servers, and endpoints. I also review firewall rules, access controls, and security logs to identify misconfigurations, suspicious activity, and potential security risks.

I help drive early threat detection through alert triage, log analysis, and incident documentation aligned with SOC-style workflows. I’ve also performed basic vulnerability identification with Nmap and packet analysis using Wireshark to detect exposed services and traffic anomalies, while supporting Active Directory user provisioning and access management based on least privilege.

Through my SIEM and threat analysis projects, I implemented centralized monitoring using Wazuh SIEM for log collection and threat detection, correlated events, and mapped findings to MITRE ATT&CK techniques. I’m currently pursuing CEH v13 and I’m eager to contribute to a Managed Security Services (MSS) environment with 24x7 operational support.
