At JV-IT, I own CI/CD pipelines that run automated security scans, generate SBOMs, and triage CVEs before releases. I also deploy and operate Kubernetes workloads and manage cluster lifecycle.

I built centralized observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and Loki, routing real-time alerts to Telegram. I also designed a digital-signing licensing architecture to replace physical USB dongles and support long-duration offline validation.

Previously, at YIWU-PASSPORT, I designed and deployed an AI-powered chatbot using Qdrant semantic search and Redis. At CANVAS-ASIA-VIETNAM, I led five developers redesigning a legacy system into microservices; the work increased processing speed by 30% and reduced downtime by 25%.
