I am a motivated and adaptable student currently pursuing a Software Development program at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) in Calgary, Alberta. My experience as a Seasonal Sales Associate at the SAIT Bookstore has equipped me with strong customer service skills, allowing me to assist customers effectively and ensure a seamless shopping experience. I take pride in my ability to manage inventory and maintain an organized store layout, which contributes to overall customer satisfaction.

In addition to my work experience, I have engaged in various volunteer activities, including fundraising performances for a local NGO and assisting in planning community events.
