Conduct outbound sales and consultative selling for Mekari’s HRIS platform to enterprise HR teams. Develop strategic account plans and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product positioning.

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts as the primary point of contact for operational, project, and commercial matters. Own the end-to-end sales pipeline (outbound, inbound, existing accounts) and drive upselling and conversion, exceeding annual sales targets and supporting retention KPIs.

Activities and societies: Nottingham Global Scholarship Awardee; 1st Place: Best Creative Idea & Best Group Pitching (Entrepreneurial Creativity Module, NUBS); Founded Pregties (maternity-tech).

Earned an MSc in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management at Ningbo, including scholarship recognition and top placements in entrepreneurial creativity and pitching modules. Founded Pregties, a maternity-tech startup, and received CNY 20,000 in funding from Ingenuity Lab as a Rising Star Innovator.

Activities and societies: Participated in SECIP (Social Entrepreneurship Challenge in Indo-Pacific), collaborating internationally on food waste innovation.

Completed a Bachelor of Arts & Social Sciences with a major in Communication, participating in an international social entrepreneurship challenge focused on food waste innovation.
