I’m a Software QA Automation Analyst with 9 years of experience focused on delivering high-quality software through efficient, organized testing. I’m known for strong attention to detail and for supporting team success with consistent execution.

In my current QA Officer role, I develop and implement automation test suites in JavaScript using Playwright to cover both UI and GraphQL API testing. I also use Kiro to design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts, and I optimize test cases to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of manual testing.

Across my previous roles, I collaborated with developers and product owners through stand ups, sprint retrospectives, mid-sprint health checks, and product risk matrix discussions. I validated API behavior and third-party integrations, and I tracked and supported defect resolution using JIRA while performing regression, smoke, and sanity testing to ensure application stability.

I’m ISTQB® Certified (Foundation Level Syllabus 2019). I’ve worked with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub application stability, and I’ve supported integrations involving Keypay, Simplepay, Talenox, AI-powered IDE Flare, and Go1—bringing a practical, detail-first approach to quality assurance.
