I’m an Investment Analyst and international business professional with dual undergraduate degrees in Economics & International Business and International Marketing & Advertising from Universidad ICESI, plus an MBA in progress at INALDE Business School. I combine rigorous financial analysis with practical operational leadership across a multi-company manufacturing holding.

At GEMSA Holding (June 2022–Present), I consolidate and analyze financial data across six manufacturing subsidiaries and present monthly reporting to the Board of Directors. I lead the group’s digital transformation initiative by coordinating an ERP migration to a unified platform, standardizing processes and improving data visibility for decision-making.

I also administer and oversee four patrimonial (asset-holding) companies, managing intercompany relationships, asset reporting, and compliance. In parallel, I design and implement the holding’s corporate governance framework—building internal controls, reporting structures, and board meeting protocols to strengthen oversight and align performance with strategy.

Previously, as Administrative & Financial Director (GEMSA Holding, June 2020–June 2022), I directed administrative and financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting, while establishing internal administrative processes that improved efficiency across companies. I started my career with international brand management and administrative support at Diageo Colombia and Grupo Modaplass S.A.S, shaping a cross-functional mindset that I now apply to finance, operations, and governance in a global context.
