At Genbioma, I lead the development and execution of research programmes, overseeing timelines, budgets, deliverables and cross-functional project teams.
I manage clinical studies across the full study lifecycle, coordinating with CROs, investigators and clinical partners, and supporting regulatory and ethics submissions.
At CIDETEC Nanomedicine, I managed collaborative research projects from grant award through closure and led the Gene Therapy research line. I also coordinated consortium relationships with the European Commission, funding agencies, industrial partners and consortium members.
At Orbit Discovery, I progressed from Senior Scientist to Team Lead and managed internal and client-funded R&D projects from planning through delivery. Earlier, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher and Research Fellow at the University of Oxford and Lincoln College, and completed a PhD project on cancer biology at Universidad de Oviedo.
