I’m a Clinical Project Manager and Senior Clinical Research professional with more than 14 years of experience delivering global and local clinical trials across Phase II–IV studies. I bring proven expertise in project management, sponsor communication, and site management—built on a strong clinical operations foundation.

I lead end-to-end clinical projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring delivery within timelines, scope, quality, and budget. I coordinate cross-functional teams, CRO partners, vendors, and sponsors while managing risks, escalation processes, mitigation plans, and operational troubleshooting.

I’m deeply focused on compliance and patient safety, with strong ICH-GCP/SOP adherence and regulatory submission capability. I oversee project financials, milestone tracking, contractual deliverables, quality compliance, and audit readiness, while managing CTMS/EDC systems and clinical data workflows.

Across my career I’ve worked extensively in oncology, neurology, rheumatology, gynecology, and immunology within both CRO and academic research environments. I also bring hands-on experience from earlier roles as a Clinical Research Associate, including feasibility assessments, site evaluations, monitoring, source documentation, and SAE/AE management.
