What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead and coach cross-functional teams, use metrics to drive predictability, reduce impediments, and improve delivery quality within remote or distributed organizations.

I am a Senior Scrum Master and Agile delivery leader with over 10 years of experience coaching cross-functional software teams in Scrum and Kanban. I focus on predictable delivery by using flow metrics and team KPIs to make dependencies visible and provide stakeholders with decision-ready updates.

I coach two to three teams, run the full ceremony set, and protect sprint goals by quickly surfacing blockers with clear owners, impacts, and next steps. I stabilize delivery through dashboards (cycle time, throughput, WIP aging, time-in-status) and backlog readiness practices.

At Mastery Logistics Systems I supported distributed and offshore teams, introduced intake and timeboxing for ad hoc requests, and contributed to a 24% increase in client initiative deliverables and a 5% increase in completed stories year-over-year. I also improved bug triage from multi-day to same-day and reduced externally reported defects from 10 to 1.
