At ICON plc, I support clinical trial sites as a Site Management Associate/In-House CRA. I perform remote visits, serve as a primary site contact, and maintain Trial Master Files and CTMS records for audit readiness.
I help resolve site and study issues, including IRT troubleshooting and discrepancies between vendor reports and site data. I’ve also assisted with closing CAPAs and tracking TMF and training issues.
As a Project Associate at ICON plc, I trained and onboarded staff, was selected as a TMF SME and trainer, and improved the TMF systems wiki site. I also arranged project kick-off meetings and tracked project documents and study drug release dates.
Before ICON plc, I worked at Wake County Public Schools as a Learning Facilitator and Social Studies Teacher. I designed curricula and lessons, wrote tests for the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, and tracked learner performance using PowerSchool, Canvas, Google Classroom, and Excel.
