At ULPI, I build internal systems that give employees one place to access company sites and department updates. I engineered a centralized intranet portal using ASP.NET, Clean Architecture, CQRS, and SQL Server, including Windows Authentication and a Canva-style article publisher.

I also built an offline-first WinForms suite for bamboo farmer registration, plantation monitoring, and supplier sourcing, enabling field encoders to capture data offline and sync through a manager-validated workflow. I designed automated cross-branch reporting to replace manual Excel compilation and modernized legacy applications with QR-code auto-fill to reduce data-entry errors and support tickets.

Previously at DOST, I developed a deployment-ready hiring system and admin dashboard with PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript. I enjoy building practical mobile, web, desktop, and enterprise platforms, including Produkto Elyukal, FishNet, and Sari-Sari.
