At Aunalytics, I standardized releases for banking analytics services with Bitbucket Pipelines, Docker, and ECS Fargate, moving four engineering teams from weekly to twice-weekly deployments.
I automated client analytics environment provisioning with Terraform across AWS VPC, RDS PostgreSQL, and S3, reducing setup time from two days to roughly three hours. I also decoupled transaction ingestion from reporting with Lambda, SQS, and EventBridge.
To improve production reliability, I introduced automated smoke tests and tested rollback procedures that shortened recovery from failed releases from roughly 45 to 15 minutes. I also diagnosed ECS Fargate task failures using CloudWatch logs and Datadog metrics.
