At Kiewit Corporation, I managed Tooling & Tooling Yard operations for Kiewit Foundations, overseeing more than $17 million in combined contract value. I delivered financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, cost variance analysis, and project controls that kept leadership and field teams aligned.

I prepared weekly Labor Productivity Reports, monthly cost variance analyses, and Job Operations Reports for project, finance, and district leadership. Using SAP, Concur, GEP, InEight Control, and Power BI dashboards, I maintained accurate cost tracking, supported audits, and drove corrective action.

My experience also spans fleet safety at 10 Roads Express, where I analyzed safety metrics, investigated incidents, supported DOT, HOS, and ELD compliance, and coached drivers. In construction at McCoy Roofing & Contracting, I coordinated leads, crews, materials, customer communication, and code-compliant project delivery.

Earlier, I supported adolescents with autism through ABA therapy while contributing organizational behavior and operations consulting at Stride Autism Centers.
