What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own and improve CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, container platforms, and observability in a team that values reliable, auditable production delivery and technical leadership.

At Sberbank, I owned the software release system for core banking applications serving 100M+ retail customers, building CI/CD infrastructure and release governance for a regulated environment.

I designed Jenkins pipelines with automated validation, promotion gates, rollback hooks, and documented production readiness assessments. I replaced manual provisioning with Terraform and Ansible across AWS and Azure, making environments reproducible and version-controlled.

I containerized the build stack with Docker and enforced deployment parity through Kubernetes, eliminating environment-related release failures. I also built Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK observability capabilities that turned hours of manual release investigation into a single dashboard view.

I've hired and led a DevOps team to operational autonomy, mentored engineers entering DevOps, and led an enterprise Linux migration across 40 workstations without production disruption.
