I’m a goal-driven professional who blends statistical thinking with customer-focused execution. I work with zeal in busy, deadline-driven environments and I’m comfortable leading, learning, and adapting to different cultural changes.

I began building analytical foundations as an intern at IPSOS Synnovate, where I served as an assistant data analyst and gained experience in data collection and analysis under mentorship. I also focus on improving my statistical knowledge, especially for forensic inferences and analysis that help improve society.

Later, I strengthened client impact and accountability as a portfolio quality officer at Watu Credit Limited, managing debt collection and advising over 1000 clients on ways to clear arrears and outstanding loan balances. I also developed strong time management and organizational skills while working through high-volume targets.

Today, I’m an Asset Finance Officer and team leader at Watu Africa, responsible for receiving clients at dealerships, explaining loan terms and benefits, and processing loans. From August 2021, I’ve led the Mwingi Satellite team (10 staff), coordinated issue resolution (including repossessed bikes and fraud cases), and managed repo bikes and warehouse operations—driving sales and releases targets while training staff on WATU processes.
