At ENLITE Management & Engineering GmbH, I design HSE processes for contractors working on power-transmission expansion and energy-transition projects across Germany. I’m developing HSE management tools and automating data consolidation to support auditable KPIs and sustainability reporting.

At Transnordestina Logística S.A. | CSN Group, I led environmental and social management for a rail infrastructure program representing approximately BRL 14 billion in investment. I reduced environmental and social expenditure from 5% to approximately 2.4% of CAPEX, and managed approximately 8,000 land acquisition and expropriation cases.

Earlier, I built the HSE function for the Araguaia Nickel Project at Horizonte Minerals and developed environmental and social plans for mining and infrastructure projects. My work spans permitting, community relations, management systems, ESG, and digital solutions such as SiGeKompass.
