What I'm looking for

I'm looking to translate regulatory and sustainability requirements into practical IT, data, and process solutions, collaborating with cross-functional and international stakeholders on high-impact sustainability challenges.

At Surventis, formerly BASF Coatings, I translate REACH, SCIP, and ELV regulations into business and technical requirements for regulatory data processes. I build Python- and VBA-based automation from requirements definition through implementation, testing, and validation.

I reduced manual data-processing effort by approximately 80% by automating workflows and improving consistency and data quality. I also designed and implemented three databases and scalable SAP-supported workflows for regulatory and sustainability data management.

Alongside global stakeholders across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, I align regulatory requirements, business processes, and technical solutions. In a sustainability strategy project with Münsterland e.V., I supported CSRD reporting and double-materiality analysis covering carbon footprint, supply chains, climate resilience, and demographic change.

I bring chemical engineering research and project leadership to sustainability challenges. I led an interdisciplinary team of more than 10 members, secured €22,000 in funding, and am developing bioactive glass nanoparticles for osteomyelitis treatment while preparing publications in bone tissue engineering.
