At SynergySuite, I tested web and mobile workflows across a B2B SaaS restaurant management platform, from inventory and purchasing to operations, reporting, and food safety.
I built and maintained a Java/Selenium automation framework using the Page Object Model and contributed to migrating regression coverage from TestProject to Selenium. I also expanded automated UI regression coverage for HACCP and Operations workflows.
I tested mobile applications on iOS and Android and contributed to release readiness by assessing risks, investigating defects, and verifying fixes. My testing included REST APIs with Postman and application data checks with SQL and DBeaver.
I provided UX and usability feedback from testing findings, created QA documentation, and supported onboarding for interns and new team members. I also used Claude with Playwright to support manual feature testing, validation, and QA documentation.
