I’ve worked client-side on health insurance affinity portals for Bajaj Bank, HDFC Bank, and DCB Bank, including policy creation through Excel imports, REST APIs, and system workflows. I also worked with Aditya Birla Capital and remotely with YTLC Communications and YTL PowerSeraya on CRM integrations and business processes.
I use PHP, SuiteCRM, Laravel, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL, REST APIs, Logic Hooks, EntryPoints, schedulers, and MailChimp integrations to automate email, policy, billing, and customer-management workflows. I’ve upgraded SuiteCRM from 7.1.4 to 7.11.12 and PHP from version 7 to 8.
