Secured and coordinated a manufacturing project for Salamandra, completing the order in approximately 2 weeks with no reported waste or shortages. Managed branding materials, advertising pieces, photographic editing, and production-ready files.

Managed opening procedures and day-to-day operation of the specialty coffee bar during periods when the owner was frequently absent. Handled orders, payments, cash closing, supply requests, beverage preparation, and kitchen support.
