I'm seeking to apply analytical thinking, technical expertise, and problem-solving in a role where I can improve business processes, support cross-functional teams, contribute to business growth, and continue learning.

I'm currently overseeing daily business operations at CraftsmenIT, streamlining workflows and coordinating cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.

I develop and implement operational processes that support scalability, productivity, and sustainable growth.

Previously, I supported Talisman Performance under Coders Lab with ERP implementation, data entry, validation, migration, system integration, and customer technical assistance. I maintained data accuracy under tight project timelines and helped users troubleshoot ERP issues.
