At Lufthansa Technik Services India, I lead a team of 11 in financial services and onboarded four processes: inventory, management accounting, transfer pricing, and permanent establishment. I also built and run a risk and opportunity scorecard to improve forecast accuracy through disciplined variance analysis.
I own monthly financial reporting and controllership for customer accounts, and develop inventory and cash-flow dashboards for senior stakeholders in Germany. I partner with APAC and Hamburg-based controllers to standardise reporting, and hold the Permanent Establishment mandate while leading transfer pricing documentation and advisory.
Earlier at Lufthansa Technik Services India, I built a variance framework and owned month-end and year-end close, reducing the close cycle by two days. I also supported audits and tax compliance, led the India GST transition, and trained and mentored finance colleagues.
