At Best Buy India, I led modernization of a credit card chargeback platform handling 30,000+ disputes and $18M+ annually. I architected an event-driven solution that processes 1,000+ disputes per day and reduced operational monitoring from around three hours daily to 15 minutes.
I also migrated critical semantic models from Teradata EDW and SAP BusinessObjects to BigQuery and Looker, retiring redundant data assets and legacy infrastructure to deliver around $740K in savings. For external data delivery, I developed a solution to generate and sequence 10M+ records in files exceeding 1 GB before automated transfer to a vendor NAS.
Previously, I developed AWS compliance checks and data quality checks at Bitwise Solutions Pvt. Ltd., reducing data inconsistency issues by 30%. Across my data engineering roles, I’ve worked on ETL pipelines, cloud data platforms, and real-time processing using GCP and AWS.
