I'm the Key Technical Owner for Crowe Metals Accelerator, architecting scale-ready X++ extensions for a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ISV product used across global supply-chain deployments.
I lead CMA technical support operations from incident resolution and root-cause analysis through emergency fixes, hotfix delivery, and client communication. I also refactor legacy product elements to reduce database locking and improve batch stability.
I've built an Autonomous Dev Agent that turns unstructured functional requirements into DMF designs and compliant X++ boilerplate, and trained a Functional AI Agent on 600+ Functional Design Documents for natural-language production-support knowledge retrieval.
Previously at Microsoft and Crowe, I delivered D365 F&O extensions for sales-order returns, customer payments and deductions, WMS mobile devices, cross-docking, pricing, and SSRS reporting. I bring eight years of experience enforcing Microsoft best practices through design reviews, CAR, App Checker, and continuous debugging.
