What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead teams and deliver software projects end to end—turning complex requirements into maintainable applications—while partnering closely with stakeholders and continuously improving engineering practices.

I’ve built a successful career with more than several years in Object-Oriented Programming, developing and managing applications using WPF, MVVM, MVC, WCF, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. I bring strong analytical skills and problem-solving to translate complex requirements into working software, with a track record of owning delivery from development through execution.

In my current role at IT Perspectives, I lead teams and manage projects as both a Team Lead and Project Manager (since June 2021). I’m focused on stakeholder alignment, clear communication, and continuous improvement—so teams can collaborate effectively and deliver results consistently.
