What I'm looking for

I seek a role that leverages my teaching and administrative experience in a collaborative organization offering growth, stability, and community impact.

I am a Licensed Professional Teacher with classroom experience and a strong background in corporate administration. I combine instructional expertise with hands-on roles in sales, pharmacy support, and land acquisition to deliver reliable results.

As a Grade 2 and Grade 5 adviser and substitute teacher, I taught English, Advanced Science, MAPEH, and Araling Panlipunan while fostering a positive, responsive learning environment. I have also worked as a sales representative and assistant pharmacist performing customer support, clerical duties, and inventory tracking.

Most recently as Land Acquisition Staff, I verified lot owners, negotiated and secured parcels, coordinated due diligence and maintained accurate records. I am an adaptable communicator, negotiator and documenter who values mentorship, continuous learning and community-centered work.
