What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging LPN role where I can deliver safe patient monitoring, compassionate communication, and accurate documentation—using both recovery-room skills and remote RPM support—to help patients meet their care goals.

I’m a Dependable Licensed Practical Nurse seeking a challenging position that will enhance my career. I provide continuous patient monitoring, including blood pressure, heart rate, respirations, and oxygen saturation, every 15 minutes for adults and every 5 minutes for pediatric patients or as ordered.

In recovery, I use Aldrete score metrics for discharge decisions, ensure patient airways are patent while monitoring for any patient distress, and closely assess for complications. I address pain and nausea within my scope of practice, maintain IV patency until discharge per protocol, assist with return of oral intake, and document patient responses throughout the recovery period.

I also support patients through telehealth and remote programs. Through Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management phone consultations, I provide education and support, help patients work toward goals in their approved care plan, respond quickly and efficiently to RPM data for blood pressure, maintain accurate documentation per protocol, and communicate clearly and compassionately. Previously, I delivered medication and treatment, monitored and documented vitals, assisted with ADLs, supported residents and families, and ensured safety and infection control in nursing facility settings.
