I create patient-facing healthcare content, validate medical facts, and review documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance within regulated healthcare environments.

As an App Content Developer at HOPCo (Remote), I structure multimedia healthcare content into patient-education journeys inside a digital health CMS and perform QA checks against internal SOPs before release. Previously at TCS, I supported global pharmaceutical studies by setting up and testing eCRFs in regulated clinical trial systems (including Medidata InForm and Veeva Vault EDC), maintaining data integrity through QC, and coordinating documentation updates for audit readiness—working closely with cross-functional, international teams.
