I am a physician (MB BCh, 2007) with advanced postgraduate training in healthcare quality management (Diploma and MBA) and ongoing orthopedic/traumatology PhD studies. I combine clinical experience with formal quality credentials including ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor certification and MRCS Part I.
My career spans clinical roles (orthopedics and trauma residencies across multiple Egyptian hospitals) and leadership positions in hospital management and quality — serving as head of infection control, duty manager, general manager, and head of quality departments in Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
I have delivered quality-management training and consulting, supported ISO and national accreditation (CBAHI, Egyptian Accreditation Standards) processes, and established MEDGUIDE medical services and short courses in quality and healthcare management. I have hands-on experience implementing quality tools to improve hospital performance.
